To check availability, see the calendar below, then select a date & time that suits best for you.
Enter your booking details, review the client consent form & click on the 'pay & confirm' button to finalise your booking.
A confirmation email will be sent instantly after booking, which contains your meeting link (Zoom). A reminder email is also sent 24 hours prior to your session.
Change of plans? All good! You're able to reschedule &/or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your session. Please note: cancellation fees for less than 24 hours notice may apply

The ACUITY SCHEDULING CLIENT Mobile App allows you to easily book and manage appointments. Simply scan the QR code to download the app and "Polaris Counselling" will automatically be listed with up-to-date bookings availability.
